Beware! He billed us for our returns (which we paid), even though - (according to the IRS) they were rejected - and he knew prior to billing us - because the IRS could not verify his tax preparer ID. We have been asking for help for 3 months. He will not return calls, emails or texts. Travis (even currently) presents himself as a licensed CPA, however, according to 'verifycpa.com' (after not being able to confirm on the state of MD's site) it shows that his license expired in MD in 7/2021. No license offers little recourse for those harmed.

I have used Travis now for several years for my body armor company and he has been fantastic. He always goes above and beyond the call of duty. Travis has been our CPA for our LLC for 2 years now. He has been instrumental in our company growth and has saved us money. Travis has gone above and beyond assisting us in our document and tax preparation. So much so, that we asked him to be on our Board of Directors. We are so lucky to have found him and have him on our Board. I highly recommend Travis's services.

NO stars...I gave Travis all of my tax paperwork early in the season, I called, texted, and emailed several times to follow up, he kept giving me one poor excuse after another as to why he didn't return any calls or complete my taxes. He would delay, deny, and divert to avoid having to tell me he didn't finish my taxes. I spoke with his wife and she promised to look into things and call me back and never did. Travis hired an associate to do my taxes and filed an extension, I didn't need an extension, I handed my paperwork in early. I received a notice from the IRS stating that I have to pay many penalties because the taxes were filed incorrectly, late charges, failure to pay proper tax charges. I tried repeatedly to call and speak with Travis about this issue and once again, no return calls, or emails. Complete unprofessional. I will never go to him for any services again, nor will I recommend him to my friends or family.

Travis did an outstanding job with our 2014 return. Since we own 3 rental properties along with our regular jobs, occasionally our returns can be complicated. Not a problem! Travis and Matt Horowitz are excellent communicators. Also, they are good listeners, with the ability to explain accounting principles in simple terms. These skills , along with their knowledge, produced results that were accurate and beneficial! I am happy and satisfied with our return! Additionally,Travis went "above and beyond "to finish our return in a timely fashion. I would highly recommend this CPA firm.
