No communication at all. After multiple emails, and phone calls, and messages left with the receptionist, and voicemails left, still no return call or email to tell us when our taxes would be ready. We were rushed through our initial appt and then dropped, nothing, never let us know when they would be ready when they weren't ready when they initially promised. Appt was in Feb. Went by this week (May 23rd) to pickup our documents to take elsewhere since they still weren't done! All they had to do was reach out and tell us what was going on & when they would actually be completed. Sad, they've now lost a customer of 27 years!
