Tell the guy answering the phone to be respectful to the callers. I called Langley Park office to enquire about 1120 filing and if I could get an estimate. His response, "we don't take new clients because very few days are left". Fair enough but here's where things went wrong when I said, "you need to stop spending money on advertising in "India this week, why are you wasting money?" and his response was less professional, "we advertise all the time but doesn't mean we'll give an estimate on the phone". Now this is less professional response, he could've simply said, "we'll need to assess before providing estimate". Granted you are short on time because of the upcoming deadlines but customer service is equally important for non-customers of yours.

I consulted over telephone with Mr. John about my income tax issue. His advice is very timely, relevant, and my problem is solved.
