Had an appointment on 4/8/24 to get my taxes done after being referred by a friend, received a call an hour before my appointment to state the tax preparer was running behind. It is 4/18/24 and I have yet to receive a call from the tax preparer. Have been calling everyday to ask what is going on and I am told that “he is unreachable, at the moment but they would let him know I called and that I am on the list to be called”. Very unprofessional, I missed the deadline relying on this place.

Hi , You Guys Please Don't File Your Taxes With This Guy Beloved I Repeat Don't File With This Guy He Is The Worst Person You Can Ever File With, He's Unprofessional His Staff Is Unprofessional And He So Unorganized That He Made A Few Errors On My Taxes. Which Cause Me To Receive My First Payment Late Rushing On My Taxes, Also Im Still Waiting On Second Payment Which Is Crazy Cause I Been Filed In March And Now. It's May About To Be June Still No Money, I Express My Concerns With This Guy And He Don't Care He Even Told Me Call IRS Get Some Info And Told Me Once I Do, Call Him After And He Will He Back With Me In 1-2 Days And That Turn Into 2 MONTHS !! Of Getting A Response.Still No Money Please You Will Regret Coming Here Don't File With This Guy You Will Call His Office And Won't Be Able Speak With Him He Have The People Answer Phone Lying For Him Saying He Will Call U Back And Never Will Call You Back. Every Time Even When They Just Open Up Right On Dot They Will, Say He's Busy And Will Call Me Which Turn Into Lies This Is A Bad Janky Business They Just Care Bt Getting There Money Not Urs WORST Ever I Will Never File Here Again And Don't Recommend !!!

This is a Christian oriented business' which help Americans' from all background... My husband and I could never seen ourselves going somewhere else. May God keeps blessing and protecting this firm.
