I've been going to Joe for well over 14 years now for taxes and more recently, financial planning. He's always been the most kind and approachable person to me and my family. He's extremely professional and runs a great business. I was referred to him from a friend back when I first went. Over the years, I've also referred a few friends and family and they've all had great experiences with him and his business as well. Conveniently located here in the Baltimore and surrounding areas. A++ would recommend to anyone who needs CPA services, their taxes done, or financial planning/investment advice. His prices are great and I have all intentions of continuing to use his services for years to come.

My experience with Joseph J Palumbo CPA has been a nightmare. We were referred by friends, and I expected him to be friendly and competent. My experience has been the opposite. He sent a tax return to us with a major error. Thankfully, I was able to catch a mistake he admits!! Had we used him to file our taxes we would have lost a lot of money. My trust was broken and we filed with someone else. We did not sign an agreement, nor did he mention pricing, yet he is billing us for $655 and is aggressively demanding payment. I will not be using his services in the future.

I chose this accountant because he was close by and that he is cpa. I expected that he would be knowledgeable about taxes because I don’t know a thing. Had him filed my taxes for two years. He rushed through the process and made major mistakes. Now I’m being audited by the irs for the two years that were filed by him. My whole tax files were missing a whole bunch of information. Don’t waste your money. I will never do business with them and hope everyone will stay clear! It’s such a nightmare! Update to your response: you did my taxes. I don’t have time to go writing bad reviews for the wrong CPA. Just accept the fact that you’re Horrible one.

I was transferred over to them because my Accountant retired and picked them. It was definitely not a match and will not do business with them. Their billing was confusing too, if you mistaken a bill and go pass 30 days be prepared to see a big red Passed Due stamped all over the page like 3 times. I had been with my Accountant for 18 years and it was sad to see her retire but very happy for her but this company was not a match. I found another CPA that was a match.
