Lenny A. Samus1 StarSCAMMER ALERT!!!!!! This company has nothing to do with Quick Books or Intuit. They were trying to extort money from me by lying that 93% of my files are corrupt and needed full restoration.
After contacting real Intuit (QB) customer service my problem was solved for free. I made sure to ask if my files were corrupt. The answer was: NO!!!!!!Tuesday 16th May 2023
Veli S.1 StarCustomer support is terrible and they didn't resolve my problem. They're definitely not helpful and they don't want to understand you! I connected to Joshua and he shouldn't do this customer service job. He doesn't know what he is doing. I will still complain about my returned item notification. They're trying to charge me $25.00.
