This is one of the worst places to do taxes. I did not get a full tax return because they wrote different info on my documents than what I was told. Plus, it took four hours for them to see me and they never pick up the phone.

Got appointment for 4pm, ended up waiting for 3 hours just to see the accountant. Not counting the time it takes to file taxes. Crazy
