Lisa answered every question quickly and explained it in a way that was easy for a non-CPA to understand. Very professional. I was looking for a cat for my daughter and was completely new to this world. After visiting multiple shelters I was frustrated. The moment we met was instant relief to the process. She listened to our needs and circumstances (already having a dog and toddler) and helped us select the best fit.
