Really disappointed I used this tax service. I sent my W-2s and they said it would take a few weeks due to delays, which I’m fine with. Well, 2 months later they finally reach out to me, after the deadline. I paid $200 and the person on the phone said I owed and I asked for them to send me confirmation that they filed, still nothing. I even sent an email asking for this, so I also know how much I owe in taxes. I can’t reach them by phone. Really unprofessional.

This place isn't in the best locations, but you feel safe .. Unfortunately, The office is up a couple of flight stairs once you pass the Marihuana smells. JL tax staff is always friendly and professional..

I had previously inquired about them not filing my 2015, 2016 and 2017 business returns. I get 3 letters saying that I owe about 6500. I have emailed and called without any response.
