Said “Jackson Hewitt.” - I start speaking, asking my question and then he yells “HELLOOOO?” Very abruptly and rudely (for absolutely no reason..) if you can’t hear me, maybe say “hello, is anyone there?” Instead of screaming HELOOOO into my ear.. Not sure if I just caught him on an off day, but extremely rude. And I remember around tax time last year I called with a question about pricing and they were rude to me over the phone then as well. Definitely don’t want a bad experience with an already stressful time of the year for most of us.Thursday 4th April 2024
O. Johnson1 StarI made an appointment online. An extremely rude tax preparer called and asked what documents I had and when I told him I had 1099s, he said he couldn't complete the filing in an hour. He then cancelled my appointment. Unnecessarily aggressive communicator and clearly shouldn't be working with the public.Thursday 11th April 2024

Nay Smith1 StarI came in to get my taxes done. The office is very dark and damp looking compared to other offices that I've visited. I asked the preparer a couple of questions before getting started so I could understand how the process works. This guy is very rude and he doesn't really want to do taxes. I felt like I was bothering him. I just told him nevermind and walked out. He then said "Good!" as I was leaving. I wouldn't dare allow him to see my personal info such as W2 and social security information.Friday 19th February 2021

This location is conveniently close to Wheaton Metro station and we found Mr. Vitaly Kroner. He took his time to explain what he was doing, ask about our expenses and such, advised us on how to save money and made sure we understood the pros and cons of all the decisions. I strongly recommend this location and greatly appreciate the time and work that is put in to the services provided to me and my family.Tuesday 19th November 2019
