10+ years. This location really let me down. I came in Sunday and had a pleasant appointment with Adrienne. I have a unique tax situation and she informed me the person who could approve my taxes would be in the next day and they would call me and I could take care of everything else online. The next day came and went, no call. I called every day after that to speak with Angela Fields who I was told had to approve my taxes. I never got a call and even at one point told by the receptionist they want you to pay. I’d be happy to pay if someone would show me how to do that online. Like I said I’ve been a customer for 10+ years, obviously I pay for my tax preparation services. I’m embarrassed to admit how much I pay these people. Such a waste of time. 4 days staying by a computer since they refused to make an appointment for me. I was told “you are not Angela’s client so you can’t make an appointment with her”. Now I have to take my documents to another tax office to get this taken care of since this office is holding my taxes hostage. Do better.

Pro: They are polite and the receptionist is very proactive. Cons: They have you send in your documents ahead of time. They have you come in for an appointment and if they do not complete everything within the slated time slot, they ask you to leave because, their next client has arrived. I consider that highly unethical and unprofessional. Their fees have become ridiculously high and they try to talk you out of itemizing stuff that you can legally claim. I miss the employee (Joanna) who used to do my taxes. I do not think she is with H& R block anymore. Since then ( 2019-2023) it's been nothing but mistake upon mistake in filing my taxes. I will not be going back. I'm done.

Mrs. Fields has prepared our taxes for a couple of years now. She is very professional, knowledgeable and gave us great tips for a better return next year.

Horribly unprofessional. Did taxes here 2 years and both time appointments were mismanaged. Dropped off items after they suggested it would be better, no one started on my items until 2 weeks later after drop off after I called to check on when I can cone to sign since I hadn't received a call. Was told to make an appointment to come in. Got there at scheduled date and time and the person I booked with called out. Was offered a mere 10 dollars off after calling out of work missing money to make the appointment. Just don't. Go somewhere else .

I was treated poorly, did not receive adequate assistance, and the manager who said she would provide follow up assistance never did. I will never go back, I will never recommend. *** I called the number H&R Block provided in their response to this message. After explaining the situation over and over several times to the rep, she said someone would call me yesterday, 6/14/22, between 12 noon and 2pm…no one ever called. I am without words. I went to H&R Block in 2021 to do my taxes, the rep told me to do a covid relief loan, the IRS never gave me the money and now they want me to pay back money I never got. I can’t ever get through to a person when I call the IRS numbers. The H&R Block rep did not tell me this could happen, I didn’t go in there wanting this, now I owe the IRS thousands of dollars I never even got. You said you would help me fix this and you are not. Thanks for screwing me over H&R Block, you are horrible and you could care less.
