I scheduled an appointment a week ago for 12pm today. I was theb called and informed at 1155am that they were running behind and if I could return at 1215 or 1230. I said no. I'm already in the parking lot about to walk in. She then proceeds to tell me that I can drop off my info and get it prepared. I declined due to having questions and being my first time with my personal business. There is absolutely no consideration of people's time.

Coworker came in this morning very upset because he dropped off his taxes expecting a $150 bill ends up getting a $200 bill when it came to pay at 11:30pm after working all day. They didn't accept/Honor his coupon and you know older people don't like that. I'm writing this for Carl and he says beware..
