Tax professional was knowledgeable regarding new tax laws and advised me on new legal changes that may be applicable to my personal taxes and may potentially maximize my refund in the future that l was unaware of. I appreciate the trust, convenience, and confidence l have in H&R Block's thoroughness of the e-filing process and the opportunity to have the auto tax-paying feature initiated from my bank account without going through the hassle of writing a personal check and mailing the payment at the post office. It is a relief at tax time to use H&R Block, and l don't have the anxiety that l used to have with incompetent tax preparation services in the past that gave me nothing but grief.

My preparer, Ralph Jackson, is a friendly and knowledgeable and friendly tax man. this is about the 4th year in a row I have dealt with him, he is always ready to give help to a senior customer and is very nice to work with. I highly recommend him to my friends.
