This isy first time that i see they separated federal tax charges from state tax charges and they bill you two different charges for one W2. I totally understand state taxes they need separate charges but at the end we have one federal tax that is on your one w2 or even different w2 with different state taxes. They charge you $260 for something that is very easy and it's included in your free for $85.

Beatrice!!! ;( My experience with this location has not been good. I have been here three times. I realized that the first two years I paid a lot of money because I didn't know about other options. The last year was the worst. The lady named "Beatrice" was unprofessional and rude. After her calculation she told me I owed taxes, but when I asked to double-check with other places, she charged me $100 for consulting and said I was wasting her time. I ended up doing my taxes elsewhere with less amount and also found out I actually got a refund. I don't want to encounter her again.
