Great results, we got our return super fast. However, one of their senior tax representatives was very condescending and passive aggressive to us while we were sitting down with him. He talked quickly and ran through information super fast, glazing over important points and seeming annoyed when we asked him to circle back and explain X or Y topic more thoroughly.

Super disrespectful staff, not willing to work with military members even though they are located on post. When I went into the office, I reserved an appointment 6 days out, and they called later that day to cancel my appointment. The manager on duty that day asked if I had all the documents from the previous year when I said my previous tax file had 74 pages and was extensive due to investment properties stocks etc... I got the vibe they didn't want to put the effort or time to work my taxes. Sure enough they called and cancel. When I asked why he was super unprofessional and disrespectful on the phone. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone and hopefully someone on Ft Meade can see this and replace them with someone willing to help military members and not just fill simple tax returns like they are only taking

Two years in a row they messed up our taxes. We're still waiting on the first mistake (costing us $130) to get fixed and now this year they made a mistake almost costing us $1000 on our state tax return. If we wouldn't have looked back over the numbers we wouldn't have known. And all this was done by a senior tax pro. Hopefully we were able to get it fixed in time so we don't have to file another petition to our state. Which of course they wouldn't help us with for the first mistake they made. We will NEVER use them again. Definitely go somewhere else unless you want to lose money.

Edit: had our issue fixed by going to another HR block office. If you have the same issue, go to a different office because this one wasn't helpful Garbage service. We submitted our joint filed documents on time but the tax "pro" Huiyu Lu does not respond to messages or answer calls for the last 2 weeks. Calling the office Ft Meade office directly resulted in being transferred several times for 3 hours to end up with a dude somewhere else on the national line filling a complaint for us. We've signed the same documents over and over again but checking the status shows it wasn't filed both in the HR block site and the irs site
