I had an appointment today with Mary and from beginning to end my experience was smooth and easy going. The front desk person was friendly and welcoming and explained that someone would be out to me shortly. Mary came to the front with a smile snd took me to her cubicle. This is my first year as a homeowner so I was super nervous, but Mary made the process feel easy and simple. She knew what to do with the mess of documents and got me a nice sized refund. I have self prepared for all my life, but after this experience I will be back next year.

My main tax preparer Jacqueline Elliott hasn't been fully responsive( only had communication with her 3 times [3/11/22, 3/12/22, 3/24/22] and the rest, she was out of the office for personal reasons and her apparently having covid sickness) and her mom, another preparer, Felicia Williams was condensing, unprofessional, and very short with any help I needed today. I'd never come back. They need customer service and professional etiquette classes. Elliott was nice, just out of the office with limited acces to her and I had to hunt her down with all 3 of her locations she works at. Williams is the worst "professional". She acted as if I got on her nerves or was bothering her about my taxes where I barely got any updates! She even told me as I decided not to proceed with their services due to high fee payment, "let me take you out my system right now. Have a good day".

Ms. Diaz has completed my taxes for the past several years and she has demonstrated knowledge and experience in doing taxes. She listens attentively, ask the right questions and is up-to-date on what can and cannot be done to ensure the best possible results.
