For the last 2 weeks, H&R block kept rescheduling our appointments because they couldn't figure out our case. They tried contacting someone else to ask about our case and they could not get any response back. We got rescheduled about 3 times and after 2 weeks of this we had enough. I understand our taxes this year were complicated but I am quite disappointed in the service provided. We seriously expected much better service from a reputable company. We used TurboTax online and got everything completed by an expert in 2 days. Based on this experience, I will not be using H&R Block again!

Ms. Todd (our tax pro) was wonderful. She helped us complete all of the years we needed to, openly communicated with us the whole time, and found us the best filing options. We were able to file completely online.
