More than 7 years as an H&R Block customer. Today was my first time at this office. Mr. Francis Hammond, EA was very professional. The receptionist was friendly and helpful.

Marie-Christine helped me file my Tax Return for 2016 and i just moved here in December from VA so i had a W2 from VA and a W2 from MD. Marie was polite and courteous! I highly recommend this office! Appts are recommended.

I’m disappointed with this location. Every year my parents continue to go to this facility with no issues. However this year their appointment was scheduled for today. They claim they tried on several different occasions to confirm the appointment. Well the contact information was never updated in the system. It bothers me because every year they give the same email address and phone number. The way this company operates is bizarre. The staff needs to take accountability for this. Over 10yrs using this service and they really dropped the ball. I have no words. Had I been there it wouldn’t have happened. Do better or close up shop.
