I recently had a tax consultation with Evelyn at EZE TAX and it was truly a perfect experience. Evelyn took the time to thoroughly explain the entire process to both my husband and myself. She not only provided scenarios for filing married separately or jointly, but also detailed refund amounts (estimates, of course). I couldn't be happier with the level of service and knowledge that Evelyn provided. I now feel confident and comfortable knowing that my taxes are in good hands with her. Recently went to EZE Tax Service and worked with Evelyn. She was authentic, helpful, responsive, and very resourceful. I found her on Tik Tok and immediately knew she was the tax expert I was looking for. On her Tik Tok page she goes into details about certain tax credits, she uses real life scenarios to provide information on common tax questions, and she literally goes through forms step by step for you to understand how to fill it out! After looking up many tax professionals I decided to look up her business reviews. After seeing numerous positive reviews I called and was able to speak with her about my unique tax situation. She wasn't like other tax companies. She listened, she gave advice based on what I told her, and she squeezed me in to scheduled a consult. During the consultation she was friendly, professional, and straightforward. After looking over the financials she gave me 3 previews of filing my taxes in different scenarios. It was literally the highest refund I've ever received in my life!!! (It makes me wonder if my previous taxes were done properly.) She helps your taxes reflect unique situations all within the law. She is also upfront with you which I greatly appreciate. With that being said, you do pay a consultation fee which is deducted from the total charge for her to file. And you do have to pay her upfront, it can not come out of your taxes. She also does book keeping, business taxes, business consultations, and business planning. Her office is convenient, minimalistic, and very welcoming.
