States on the door they open at 9:00am . The reception walks in at 9:07am and tells us that they are on their way . Lady walks in at around 10:10am and goes into her office to change and put on her make up. We are finally seen at about 1045am . She is in a personal call when she takes us in . This place is so unprofessional. I should of left my 2 year daughter to her grandma cause even she was growing impatience of waiting. She even had the nerve to give her 2 cents of how my daughter shouldnt be using a tablet . Never again.

I have had Nathaly do my taxes for a couple of years now and she does a great job. I also want to mention they do take care of a large community of Latinos but they also serve all kinds of people too, not just Latinos. Highly recommended !

Came on here for notary service, guy asked me to sit down. They said they could do this. He then proceeded into his office to eat lunch/dinner with the apparent notary person. Sat and waited for five minutes a day left. There were no customers there. It was quite remarkable. They must not want any business. Stay away.

Don't trust them with any service you need!!! They take advantage of people who are not informed!!! If they can't do simple taxes, I doubt they can do legal cases well. They are completely careless and totally informative with their tax information (mine wasn't even sent and I wasn't even told to check it, so now I'm $5,000 in debt to the IRS). Upon resolving the issue, they refused a 50% tax refund that they didn't even send. They make you waste money and time. You're better off finding someone better who actually explains things to you and cares about your case. They are completely careless & uninformative with your tax information (mine never even got sent in & I wasn't informed I had to check up on it myself so now I'm in debt with the IRS for $5,000). Upon figuring out the issue out they refused a 50% refund to the taxes they didn't even send in. Your better off finding someone who's actually good at taxes & is both informative & caring about your case unlike this horrible place.
