Unethical business. I had my 2017 and 2018 business tax returns completed by this business last year. I somehow misplaced the copies i was provided. After some emails requesting copied i was finally able to get a response. This business wants to charge me $50 for copies of my returns when the IRS charges about the same for copy straight from them. You're better off going to a known Tax service that won't try robbing you $50 for a copy of what they have in their system. TurboTax or H&R Block let you freely print out past year returns without trying to nickel and dime you. I'd rather pay the IRS and get my tax returns from them directly than pay an outrageous fee for them to hit the print button. Update: A year has passed so im within the legal hold time. You should read the review and learn how to be a business person not a finger pointer. You can tell per the owners response below that she needs to charge a copy fee to help pay her rent and supplies when things are electronic now. Save yourself the trouble and go to a reputable tax company. Unethical is wanting to charge $50 for a digital copy and thinking it is morally correct.

I read a review, but I went there for myself. I was cautious but awesome staff. I don’t speak Hispanic language but of all the offices were Spanish peoples employed. They speak and She comprehends English and speak it clearly snd very understanding. The staff of her offices showed me nothing but a professional atmosphere. They of Covid -19 Constant sanitizing offices .. She very informed of What's going on with Taxes now amid Covid and Internal Revue Offices are slower... Better to get done now. Because they abit slower sending returns back. It’s not been the the normal 7 days get refund back like before. Maryland returns ok.. All should still visit offices theyself. Called effective communication.. I would most definitely recommend they offices to others .

Very poor attention from both the staff and the accountants themselves Poor performance when filing taxes, errors, lack of information Bad experience the last two years We will not return to that unpleasant place
