CSI accounting gets it done. As a new small business owner I feel very safe and comfortable in their hands. They have been a big help on so many levels. They're always there to answer any questions or concerns. They're level of detail and expertise is very impressive. As everyone knows reading a p&L can be a little daunting and confusing at first. But my guy Nick Ventura makes time for me every month to go over all the numbers. Definitely gets me in a good comfort zone with them. Always just a great conversation. He makes me feel like he has my company's best interest in hand. Honestly Christy, Brian, Rob, Beth and Alex are all phenomenal. I know my company is good hands!!

We were promised a smooth transition with no changes when the current owners took over. Unfortunately, this was not the case. We caught several mistakes on their end, including but not limited to: multiple errors regarding our K1 preparation (that caused our K1's to be grossly inaccurate) that were caught by our staff and not theirs; incorrect charges on our account (of $850); over charges on our account for services we had already terminated; 5 days notice of $45/month rate increase, despite requiring 30 days notice of termination. When previously mentioned issues were brought up, the owner responded with unprofessional emails and accusations. At one point, we had to request the owner stop responding to our emails of concern unless there was any resolution; he seemed to want to incorporate hearsay and accusations rather than solutions. When hiring an accounting firm to handle a businesses' accounting, you should be able to trust them with numbers and accuracy; however this was proven incorrect multiple times over. We understand Google reviews are often used in decision making when looking for a new accounting firm and we do not take that lightly. This review is to help others know the inconveniences we've endured while being with this company. As a small business in the community, we support growth and learning from past experiences. We attempted to work in partnership with this firm, but ultimately felt they were not in partnership with us. We would not recommend this company to other small business owners. We are not interested in a response or reply as we will no longer engage in the back and forth with this company.
