I truly felt the need to come and leave a review but to ensure I had enough time to say exactly what I wanted. We came to Connie's Tax Services very late in the tax season after being turned away from two other places: 1) for having taxes that were too complex and 2) for the other individual not having time to accommodate us so late in the season. From the very beginning of working with Cornelia she was nothing but transparent. She was perfectly clear about expectations, what could be done for us, how they were going to work to get us the best scenario, answered every question clearly, etc. We are a military family stationed overseas, and we were able to get through some complicated taxes (multiple home sales, rental property, investment accounts, kids, etc.) all online. Even with a large time difference! There were many mornings our time that I knew we were receiving correspondence late into their evening. Every step along the way we were updated on what was being done to facilitate the filing of our taxes. The quality of the work that was put in was amazing. The lengths that Cornelia went to to ensure we were receiving every deduction we were entitled to was brilliant. Because of her hard work, we ended up with a refund: the total opposite of what we had expected. Moreover, she explained every bit of our return to us. I have never had someone take the time to so thoroughly explain what it was that was entered on our taxes. It actually felt as though we had learned something by the end of the process. I could not recommend Connie's Tax and Accounting Services more. If our experience is anything to go off, you will not be disappointed. At no point did I ever feel anxious we would be taken advantage of. In fact, I genuinely believed they were doing everything they possibly could to achieve our very best outcome.
