I worked with CMT Staffing on a thought to be long term assignment under the Department of Family Services as a “ Community Developer 1”. I completed a boat load of paperwork just to be a part of this temp agency. The staff seemed nice. My job was in the field daily rain or shine. I worked on the Dial 211 Domestic Violence and Human Trafficking Initiative under the County Executive of Prince Georges County Maryland and I loved the work! However, working means you are enhancing your skills and experience. I had already ten years of Social/public/human services experiences! I really wanted to go full time permanent. But all the while the temp agency never took in consideration my career goals and six months into the job, I was replaced by another candidate! Fast forward to 2023/ I have reached back out to CMT but have received no callbacks nor emails! Ummmm

Please beware of this fraudulent company. The management and CEO are crooked and engage in unethical business practices. I wouldn't recommend any one to work here. I had a friend who worked for them for over a month and had difficulty receiving her paychecks. When she called inquiring about her paychecks, they would dodge her calls, tell her that her paychecks were sent in the mail when they never mailed them off in the first place. It was such a mess that she had to quit the temporary assignment they placed her on because she struggled to get there. When she finally came to their office with the authorities to get her paychecks, she discovered that they were operating out of a ghetto apartment complex located in Landover, Maryland as opposed to an office building in a business district. If you like working for shady, under-handed, and unprofessional people for low wages, then this is your place. Otherwise, keep on searching for honest and decent employers who recognize great talent and will pay you the wages you deserve on time and in full. Thanks for reading.

I started working with CMTServices March of 2021. My first contact was ok but it wasn’t the right fit and I was changed to a new contact within a week and wow!!! I started my new role and within 6 months, I was hired as a permanent employee!!!! I have nothing but great reviews for this company!!!
