0nly X2 StarThe person who helped us out was doing a good job until we came across something THEY didn't like. They started to call us out making it look like it was our fault. The topic they brought up was something that NOBODY ELSE brought up throughout the YEARS we've done our taxes. The statements they addressed to us were unprofessional. Instead of asking us why we kept doing it explain HOW we can fix it and why is this being brought up until now. If they didn't want to help us or think that they were better than us {though I don't want to fall into that conclusion] they could have said so.
