Notary Public and Other Services started in Brooklyn Park, MD on May 7th, 2019 with just a small portion of around 10 clients for David Gamez, founder and CEO. It was then for August 19, 2019 we relocated to Glen Burnie, MD with the idea to offer Notary Public services. This is how this beautiful journey commenced. Our founder & CEO has stayed true to his motto "Dream. Believe. Do. Repeat." and inspires his team and clients to be truly successful in everything they do. Therefore, Notary Public and Other Services was rebranded as DREAMS - Notary Public, Tag and Title.
