Had taxes done in person. Agent professional & friendly. However no option to pay any taxes owed electronically. Either right there at office or through a link emailed to pay from home electronically. Instead, had to buy stamps to snail mail 2 checks. IF use them again, will see if I'll be able to pay electronically if I file virtually instead of in person. Service great, payment methods inconvenient.

I have been coming to H&R Block for many years, and the past few have been with Mrs. Shirley Nelson. She is an excellent tax consultant, and very personable. I always enjoy our conversations, and her excellence in preparing my taxes is over and above very top-notch. She is very knowledgeable and gives guidance regarding record-keeping information helpful for the next tax year. I am very grateful that she is my tax consultant. Plus l like the assurance that if anything goes wrong with the tax submission, H&R Block is there to defend and represent their computations to IRS should the need ever arise. In approximately 10 years, the occasion has never presented itself, but the guarantee is worth the peace of mind. Thank you H& R Block!

Do not go here!!! The service is bad. First of all they submitted my taxes incorrect. I had to to all the footwork to find out why for them to make the corrections. Both State and Federal. The refund amounts that I was told I was getting were incorrect. They was dramatically lower. There was lack of communication from our tax advisor (Angela). Also when we contacted management with our issues they were ok but not great. Then to top if off they only offered $100 off the total bill which was a slap in the face. Dont go here.

Advisor is pleasant, knowledgeable, professional. He takes the time to explain the details, changes, etc. I don't feel he is rushing through the process. My history with Block has been outstanding, as you supported me when I was audited a few years ago. I trust the company.
