Do not waste your time. They have been doing my taxes for the past 3 years and I didn’t have an issue initially just that the price kept going up $20 or more yearly. Due to covid19 they did it a bit different where you drop your tax information off and you pay when you pick up. They tell me it won’t be much more than the last year and because of this I’m like okay fine let’s let them handle my taxes. I come back and they tell me that because I was unemployed/furloughed they had to charge me an extra $45 which I honestly found to be awful. Their explanation was that because they had to fill out an extra form they had to charge more. I tell them I would prefer them not do my taxes and that I would like my documents back. These people told me that I had to pay them $50 to get my personal documents back. MY PERSONAL DOCUMENTS. Told them I needed a call from the owner because this was unacceptable. It’s been over a week with no call so at this point they can keep my documents because I was able to print them out and filed my taxes on my own for free. Don’t waste your time here. They will literally rob you of your personal documents, money and time.

Eleana provided me with excellent customer service and was patient with all the questions I had. Unfortunately, I had to revise my taxes several times in order to fix mistakes I found in my taxes. Eleana helped me communicate to the accountant the changes that needed to be made and was very professional. I have no complaints about her specifically. I cant say the same about the front desk person. I believe her name is Maria. She was extremely rude and told Eleana pretty much to do something else rather than help me out. Not sure how I feel about doing my taxes here next year.

These people are shady as hell they did my taxes completely wrong and the owner of the company has a bad attitude. When we first came to do the taxes he was rushing us and made about 5 mistakes. I had to come back 6 times to get everything fixed and it still wasn't resloved. I had to go to DC tax office to fix everything on my last visit I told them what happened and they refuse to give me my money back. This is the last time I am ever coming here.

I do not recommend this place for doing your taxes is terrible I have had a bad experience with them, they mess up my taxes since the beginning they keep changing people in the office you never know who is in charge of the taxes.

Please don"t go there for file taxes, we been there for file taxes like 4 years, every year they charging more and more not worth it, this time we paid $300 just to do file we had drop the paper they file without tell or explain what is going happen during filing taxes. and they don't tell you what the price going be charge.
