Then they call me today and act like it’s my fault they didn’t get back to me . I feel a racial vibe I’ll never deal with that company. Bottom line I asked my agent questions and he just looking at me like I’m an alien or he wants to do something to me . Be very aware of people who make you the problem because they don’t like you they just want your money.Friday 22nd September 2023

I have never gotten my taxes done by someone because I’ve always had easy taxes so I did them myself. well I was missing a year & this current year I had a baby & I had NO IDEA where to start. they told me I could drop them off, but I asked if I could sit in as I didn’t know & wanted to learn. they were more than accommodating. they also helped me make arrangements to pay them that would help my budget being as i’m on maternity leave & have no current income. it says a lot about a business to work with people & make them feel comfortable. the owner also reviews everyone’s taxes & makes sure they are correct. very nice people. oh & there’s a shop dog, tinkerbell, very cute & sweet. I will be returning.Thursday 3rd February 2022
Brian Williams1 StarI have been getting my taxes done at this place for 20 years. Sadly I will NEVER trust this place ever again. Dropped my taxes off to be done here over a month ago. After not hearing from anyone I called in to inquire about the status. They couldn't find any of our W2s or tax information! Admitted that they must have lost it, but couldn't advise where the documents where. Did they accidentally throw them away? Were they shredded? Did they mistakenly give them to someone else? They didn't know. So now mine, my wife and my 3 kids SSN and personal information is floating around out there somewhere. They said they would look for it and give us a call back. Days go by and no phone call. I eventually had to call them back and they very nonchalantly state, sorry we can't find it. No offer to make it right. No offer to purchase Lifelock for us to help protect our identities and personal info that they have allowed out of their control. 20 years of using a small business. Never again, will go to H&R Block or just do them ourselves from now on.
AVOID THIS PLACE. THEY ARE DISORGANIZED, TERRIBLE AT COMMUNICATION AND WILL NOT SAFEGUARD YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION!!!!! IF I COULD HAVE GIVEN LESS THAN 1 STAR I WOULD HAVE!Tuesday 14th April 2020
