This company was referred to us by a colleague who works in the same sector. First impression: Very unprofessional front desk operator, who cold transferred me to a person that sounded very rude and unprofessional they did not seem very welcoming and were downright rude. Their phone etiquette made me think twice before I let them handle my companies financials.
